And then… the boiling frog. The story goes that a frog, place in a pan that’s very gradually heated, will remain in it until it dies of the heat, while one that leaps into hot water will immediately leap out again. Though the truth of the experiment is doubtful, the metaphor continues. No frogs were harmed in the making of this picture!
